The CV Brake Linings Automatic Pressing System integrates automatic material weighing-feeding modules and an automatic pick-and-place robot, forming a fully automated pressing line for brake lining production.

It enables seamless coordination between material preparation, pressing operation and finished product handling, ensuring uninterrupted, stable mass production for brake lining manufacturers.
High-Precision Material Weighing
Weighing accuracy achieves ≤2.5g per 100g of material, fully meeting the strict weight control standards for brake lining raw materials in the automotive industry.
The weighing range is adjustable from 1000g to 1500g, compatible with most standard CV brake lining specifications available in the market.
Weighing speed reaches 2 cycles every 50 seconds, striking an optimal balance between weighing precision and material supply efficiency to match the overall production rhythm.
Efficient Cycle & Axis Performance
The system’s total cycle time is optimized to 70 seconds, covering the entire pressing workflow from material feeding to finished product pick-up without unnecessary delays.
The X-Axis is equipped with a 3000mm stroke and a moving speed of 20m/min, with both positioning accuracy and repeat accuracy controlled at 0.2mm for precise transfer of materials and finished products.
Fu Chun Jiang Brake Pads Machinery equips the system with dual Z-Axes (Z1 & Z2) for enhanced operational flexibility, each featuring a 1200mm stroke and 10m/min moving speed to adapt to different pressing scenarios.
Precision Control for Consistent Quality
Both Z1-Axis and Z2-Axis deliver positioning accuracy and repeat accuracy of 0.1mm, ensuring consistent pressing pressure and stable dimensional accuracy of finished brake linings.
