Its key configurations include a precision weighting system, 1 to 6 hot pressers, an automatic manipulator mounted on a travelling rack, and other matching auxiliary equipment.

- Flattening treatment of mixtures, with optional pre-pressing process for under-layer mixtures as per product specifications

Precision Weighting System Module
As a core part of the production line, this module is tailored by Fu Chun Jiang Brake Pads Machinery to match different brake pad formula requirements, consisting of a top-layer mixture weighting machine and an under-layer mixture weighting machine.

- Weighed materials are temporarily stored in the feeder, ensuring smooth connection with subsequent processes

Feeder Trolley Module: Core Connecting Unit

- Performs flattening treatment on friction mixtures to ensure uniform distribution in the tray

Travelling Rack Automatic Manipulator: Intelligent Executive Core
As the core executive component of the automatic production line, the travelling rack automatic manipulator realizes full-process automation without manual intervention, a signature intelligent design of Fu Chun Jiang Brake Pads Machinery.
Its main functions include:
- Grabs and transfers material trays between the feeder trolley and hot pressers stably and accurately
- Controls the discharging of friction mixtures into molds with high position accuracy, avoiding material waste and mold damage
- Grabs finished brake pads after pressing and transfers them to the next production station efficiently
- Cleans molds efficiently in situ after pressing and returns empty trays to the initial position for recycling
Hot Presser Module: Flexible Configuration for Diversified Needs
The hot presser module adopts flexible configuration design to adapt to different hot pressing process requirements of various brake pad formulas:
- Fewer hot pressers are configured for formulas with short pressing time, avoiding equipment idling and reducing energy consumption
- Up to 6 hot pressers can be configured for formulas requiring long pressing time, maximizing production efficiency and throughput
- Presser tonnage and mold cavities are customized according to the specific brake pad model and formula pressure requirements, ensuring pressing quality
